As your Celebrant, helping you to achieve a ‘Celebration of Life – Remembrance Ceremony’ acknowledging and recognising the beauty and the purpose of the life of your loved one with a personal and meaningful celebration, is important to me, as I know how difficult it is to try and arrange this whilst you are grieving.
A ‘Celebration of Life Remembrance Ceremony’ is a time that you will share with your family and friends.
In recognition of the importance of this time, ‘I promise to give you the time’ by listening, supporting, guiding and caring for you throughout this difficult time. I feel privileged to be able to walk with you throughout this time, helping to incorporate your personal wishes into a eloquent and respectful ceremony, which reflects all the threads of your loved one’s life, turning treasured memories into a loving tribute.
To have someone lead the service on behalf of the family, allows family members and friends the choice as to how much involvement they would like to have on this day. It is not an easy day, and this can also change on the day for family and friends who find that they are unable to participate as they had planned. Having someone to step in and help is comforting.
I would like to think that in such a short time, I make a connection and gain an understanding of your loved one, family, friends and history, in order to deliver a service that is meaningful so you do not feel that a stranger is leading the service.
My ‘Portfolio of Ideas’ include samples of ceremonial wording, readings, verses, prayers, blessings and symbolisms, with assistance provided with the ‘Order of Service’, ‘Preparing the Ceremony and Eulogy’ and ‘Music’.
My commitment ‘to give you the time’ brings personalised care, with attention to detail, trust, professionalism and understanding.
